Agreement's structure: Fixed Fee or Share of Revenue

To achieve performance maximization, The Hotel Project may invest its own capital to refurbish leased hotels, depending on the needs and repositioning potential of each property.

2. OPERATIONS &  COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT

The property owner still owns the hotel business and The Hotel Project is hired to manage the hotel on behalf of the owner.

Agreement’s structure: Management fee plus performance-based bonuses.
